By accessing or using UnfollowGram Analyzer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UnfollowGram Analyzer is a tool that analyzes Instagram data exports (JSON files) that you download directly from Instagram. The Service processes these files to provide insights about your followers and following relationships.

Important: This Service does not require your Instagram password. We do not access Instagram's servers or APIs on your behalf. You must manually download your data from Instagram using their official Download Your Information feature.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Only upload your own Instagram data exports
• Not upload data belonging to others without their consent
• Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service

4. Data Upload and Processing

You retain ownership of the data you upload. By uploading your Instagram data export, you grant us permission to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the analysis Service to you.

We store your data to enable features like snapshot comparison. You can delete your data at any time.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated at the time of purchase.

• Yearly subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless canceled
• Lifetime plans are one-time purchases with no recurring charges
• Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you're not satisfied
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice to existing subscribers

6. Limitations of Service

The Service has certain limitations:

• Analysis is based on data you provide; accuracy depends on your Instagram export
• We cannot detect unfollowers in real-time - only when you upload new data
• Instagram export delays are outside our control
• We cannot determine why someone unfollowed you
• Deactivated or deleted accounts may appear as "unfollowers"

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Relationship with Instagram

UnfollowGram is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

This Service uses Instagram's official data export feature and does not violate Instagram's Terms of Service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
