Instagram analytics processed in the mobile app may be stored locally on the user’s device and/or temporarily synchronized with our servers where necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Users can delete app-related data at any time via the app settings or by contacting us.
Retention and Deletion
Data is retained while necessary to provide the service and until the user deletes it or requests deletion.
You may request deletion of all personal data relating to you at any time by contacting:
Upon request, we will permanently delete personal data from our active systems and, where technically feasible, from backups.
Processing Exclusion Requests
In limited cases, a user may request that a specific Instagram account identifier not be processed on the UnfollowGram platform.
Where such a request is made, we may retain the minimum information necessary to enforce the exclusion (for example, an Instagram username), solely for the purpose of preventing future processing of that identifier.
This information is:
- used only to block processing, not to enable it;
- not used for analytics, display, or profiling;
- not shared with third parties.
Exclusion records are retained only for as long as necessary to enforce the exclusion and are removed upon request at support@unfollowgram.com.
