These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UnfollowGram website and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”), operated by ATN Marketing SRL (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, to use UnfollowGram.

2. Description of the Service

UnfollowGram provides tools and insights designed to help users understand changes related to their own Instagram accounts, such as follower and unfollower activity, using data that is publicly available or otherwise accessible through permitted technical means.

UnfollowGram:

  • does not bypass Instagram’s security or privacy controls
  • does not require your Instagram password
  • does not post on your behalf
  • does not access private Instagram content without permission

3. User Responsibility

By using UnfollowGram, you acknowledge that you are responsible for how you use the Service and for complying with Instagram’s terms, rules, and policies.

UnfollowGram does not control Instagram’s platform and cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, or continuity of data provided by Instagram. Changes made by Instagram may affect how the Service functions or what information is available.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Service in a way that could harm others or the platform
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • interfere with the security or operation of the Service
  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

5. Accounts and Access

The iOS app does not require account creation.

The web version may require an email address for access or account management purposes. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for any activity that occurs through your use of the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.

All subscriptions purchased through the iOS app are:

  • processed by Apple
  • governed by Apple’s terms and policies

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

7. Refunds

Refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are handled according to Apple’s refund policies.

In cases where the Service was not meaningfully used, you may request a refund through Apple or contact us for assistance. Approval and processing of refunds remain at Apple’s discretion, and we cannot guarantee refunds outside of Apple’s policies or applicable law.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

9. Platform Dependency and Third-Party Services

UnfollowGram is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

The Service relies on Instagram’s platform, features, and data availability. Instagram may change, limit, or remove access at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or accuracy of data that depends on Instagram.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We make no warranties or guarantees regarding:

  • uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • accuracy or completeness of data at all times
  • specific outcomes or results from using the Service

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATN Marketing SRL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Data shown by the Service reflects information available at the time of analysis and may not represent real-time or complete Instagram activity. Numbers may change due to actions taken by Instagram or users.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
